Unfreezing Tanari: The Moment Has Arrived

The moment our community (and whoole Citrea ecosystem) has been waiting for is finally here: Tanari is joining the Citrea Unfreeze campaign!! ❄️

Unfreeze has been about showing what’s possible when ₿apps (Bitcoin-native applications built on Citrea) unlock new ways to use BTC. Each release has revealed another piece of Bitcoin’s financial future. And now, it’s Tanari’s turn.

What Is the Unfreeze Campaign?

The Citrea Unfreeze campaign is a coordinated wave of ₿apps, each unlocking new functions for Bitcoin. Instead of speculation and hype, Unfreeze is about utility: building real tools for real Bitcoiners.

From custody to payments, from stablecoins to lending, the ecosystem is coming alive.

From Closed Beta to Unfreeze

Until now, Tanari was only available to a small group of early testers. They helped us validate the fundamentals: passkeys instead of seed phrases, Guardian recovery, and a clean UX that feels like a modern fintech app.

Now, with the Unfreeze campaign, the doors are opening wider. For the first time, the whole Citrea ecosystem has the chance to see, test, and shape Tanari.

Where Tanari Fits In

Tanari is part of this growing family of ₿apps. Our role is to give Bitcoiners a single, familiar place where they can access a wide range of tools, features, and ₿apps integrations, without giving up ownership or control.

How to Get Involved

Tanari’s Unfreeze phase is invite-only. Here’s how it works:

1. Get a Code → Codes are being distributed by both Citrea and Tanari. Watch for drops across socials, memes, and community challenges.
2. Complete Unfreeze Tasks → Head to the Citrea website to complete your Unfreeze tasks.
3. Join Discord → Our Discord is where the community hangs out, swaps ideas, builds culture and gets the first look at what we’re building. Come say hi and be part of it from the start!
4. Be Early → Shape how Tanari grows, and help build the foundation of self-owned Bitcoin finance.
